The Battle for the Truth

Truth is under attack. The Word of God is being watered down and instead of being fed the Gospel people are being fed lies. People more and more are having their ears tickled instead of hearing the truth and those are just a few ways how God’s truth is being diluted. We must not lose heart but must stay the course. Now is not the time to back down but to stand firm in the faith. Jesus never said it would be easy. We are in a battle and we must put on the whole armor each and every day. We stand for the truth by standing on the principles of God’s Word and preaching the Gospel. God’s Word will not be destroyed.

The Bible says in Hebrews 4:12:

“For the Word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.”

God’s Word is alive and it is active. We are to proclaim it and live it out in our day to day lives each and every day. If you are willing to stand for the Truth no matter what, then I challenge and encourage you to be bold in sharing the Gospel by living out the principles found in God’s Word . We are to have a faith that is accompanied by action. Live it out. Walk the walk and talk the talk. Practice what you preach. Show people that the Truth is alive and well and that in this battle for the Truth, you are prepared and ready to take your stand. God bless! I hope you all have a wonderful, blessed Easter!
