Jesus made something very clear to us in John 13:34:

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.”

There are 613 commandments and Jesus simplified it to 2: We are to love the Lord our God with all our heart, our soul, and our mind, and we are to love our neighbor as ourselves. Are you loving the Lord with all that is within you? Are you loving your neighbor as yourself? Now more than ever we must draw near to the Lord, and to each other. Here’s the deal folks: We are either going to draw closer together or we are going to drift further apart as a result of what is happening with this corona virus. My hope and my prayer is that we will draw closer together and recognize that if there has ever been a time when we need to stick together and encourage and love each other, it is now. As sobering and as difficult as this is, we have to come together as a nation and as the Body of Christ. United we will stand but divided we will fall. Stand firm my friends and don’t get discouraged. We shall overcome because we know the Lord! If you will commit to loving one another as He has called us to and are ready and willing to stand united, then reply back with an amen and the #unitedwestand along with whatever else you would like to say.
